Insecurities and a Boudoir Session

At the end of February/beginning of March, Jeri came in for a boudoir session. She is a beautiful woman, but like any woman, she has insecurities too. I wanted to show her exactly how beautiful she is, not just on the outside, but the inside as well.
She’s a dog lover!
Jeri’s session date was about one week after my best friend, Hallie, had been diagnosed with Canine Kidney Disease and I wasn’t handling it well at all. I used to bring my girls(dogs) with me to sessions. After I met Tome, though, I started leaving them with him when I went to work. They love him.
After Hallie’s diagnosis, I brought her everywhere because of all of her meds and fluids. And honestly, I couldn’t handle being away from her. Neither one of us handled it well if we weren’t together.
Anyway, I said all that to say, Jeri was AWESOME throughout the session. In the photo below, Hallie was having some anxiety(which I guess comes with the CKD) and Jeri let her jump in the photos with her. It made my heart so happy. She truly is as beautiful inside as she is on the outside!
Jeri’s thoughts on a session with Boudoir by Tracy Lynn
Here’s what she had to say about a session with me.
“I loved working with Tracy! Working with her I felt comfortable in my own skin. If you’ve never done a boudoir shoot I highly recommend it. I have my insecurities just like every other woman but when you see those pictures on the other side of the camera it makes you fall in love with yourself. I know a lot of women would and should have this experience to be able to give those pictures to their significant other but most importantly you should do this for you! (Her fur baby trying to steal the show was by far my favorite part though ❤️)”
Every woman has insecurities.
If you’ve been considering a boudoir session, but you haven’t because of your insecurities, just know that every woman has them. It doesn’t matter the size, every woman in the world has something they don’t love about themselves.
Take it from me. I’ve seen women of every shape and size who tell me their insecurities. After their session though, they end up seeing themselves in an entirely new light. Boudoir sessions build confidence like nothing else.
