STL Boudoir Session//Emily

An STL boudoir session I photographed of Emily was one of my favorite ways to end 2018. I have photographed her before, so it was super important this session to make sure the images were different than last session.
New Found Confidence during her STL Boudoir Session
One big thing I remember when we were discussing Emily’s first session is that she wanted to be more conservative. Her outfits were super cute, but she still wanted to stay more covered, meaning less lingerie and more workout outfits that cover more skin.
This session, she went all out with some gorgeous lingerie from Victoria’s Secret. She wasn’t afraid to show off the abs and booty she has been working so hard for as well as her natural curves. Her confidence was obvious!
Body Positivity
Something I really love about Emily is her body positive attitude. In person and on her instagram, she is full of meaningful wisdom that you wouldn’t expect from someone so young.
Here is a quote from her IG.
“That scar on my face? Yeah I’ve had it since I was 2 days old. My stubborn little baby self scratched myself the second day I was alive. Lol but I absolutely love it. I think of it as I’m always smiling so it’s kind of a permanent smile scar. It fits me well! I’m learning to embrace all of my stretch marks and scars, because they are part of what makes me different than everyone else. I love my little smile line honestly, and you should learn to love your scars too. ❤️”
There is so much more on her instagram and if you want to feel inspired, be sure to follow her.
